So when searching for that special Yorkie puppy this can give you an idea of what quality Yorkshire Terrier puppies should be. Please do not purchase a Yorkie puppy from anyone who will allow it to leave before 12 weeks of age. Yorkie puppies need this time with their mother to be properly weaned, learn to play with other Yorkie puppies as well as getting socialized. The housetraining should of already been started at about 4 weeks of age. Your Yorkie breeder should be able to guide you in the proper direction to be able to continue what she has started, as well as what to feed your Yorkie puppy and have a supply list for you on what is needed to purchase for your Yorkie puppy so you can groom it, train it, and to keep it safe during the puppy stage, and on into adulthood. And make sure you get a contract! This way you will know everything ahead of time. Reputable breeders do not always have something available and you might need to wait for the right Yorkshire Terrier puppy. As Showing is an expensive hobby and we breed with intent on getting us something for show. Thus having wonderful loving pet Yorkie puppies, like the ones pictured above available from time to time to the perfect home!
